Special "What Every Business Owner Must Know About Growth" session at CONNECT

posted Jul 21, 2014, 6:45 PM by Sam Snow   [ updated Jul 21, 2014, 6:45 PM ]

If you attended "Cash or Consequences" last year at CONNECT and felt it was worthwhile, you might want to attend the follow up class called "What Every Business Owner Must Know About Growth". This special class will be offered across three 1 hour time slots on Tuesday morning.

Business owners often get caught up in pursuing growth without realizing all its implications. Participants use case examples and financial information from their own company to make more informed decisions about how and why to grow.

For a complete class outline see the attached PDF file. This class is limited to 35 max and unlike most CONNECT classes, you must pre-register for this class; no walk-ins will be allowed unless someone does not show up.

This class is not for accounting majors, finance majors, or MBAs.

The class teaches that to grow your business requires cash, and helps to to estimate how much cash will be required if a certain amount of growth is achieved.

It is suggested (but not required) to bring along your a balance sheet and income statement from your own company so that you can do some of the examples with real life numbers.

See the class outline below.
